Certain delivery areas or products may be excluded from free delivery promotions. Catering orders require a minimum purchase of $100 (before taxes and fees) to qualify for free delivery. Orders that do not meet the free-delivery minimum are subject to standard delivery charges in the U.S. and Canada. Additional distance surcharges may apply when the delivery location is more than 15 miles (24 km) from the fulfillment store.
